BALLROOM / CORPORATE MEETING RENTAL

    Rental of the ballroom requires a signed contract and security deposit from the renter.  The security deposit will be returned when the facility is returned to the same condition in which it was accepted, and all equipment on the inventory sheet is accounted for.  In most cases, the renter pays with two separate checks/credit cards and the deposit check is held and then returned, pending there are no damages.  Any damages or losses exceeding the security deposit will be paid by the person signing the contract.

    The club provides tables and chairs and we have approximately enough to seat 80-100 people.  We do not provide linens, utensils or tableware.  The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven refrigerator and microwave.

    Smoking is not permitted in the clubhouse.
